Is a walkthrough the same as an inspection ??? Thank you in advance.

FIRST ANSWER

Walk through is a visual inspection done the morning of the closing or sometimes the night before to make sure it is as it was when you made your decision to buy it.

An inspection is when you hire a professional inspector to spend a few hours going over all systems in a house and then give you a report on their findings.
