You are looking at just over 6/10th's of an acre. Depends on the footprint of the house and your opinion of what a good size lot is. One acre = 43,525 sq/ft, so just divide the sq/ft of the lot size by 43,525 to determine how many acres the lot is if your listings do not offer lot size in acres.

There are 43,560 feet in an acre, so a 26,525 foot lot is about .60 of an acre. In my area that is a large lot for a subdivision. Most in my area our .25 to .5. I yes, I would say that is a good size lot in a subdivision.
