Hi Bella,

I went to school at Hofstra U over in Hempstead, small world. To answer your question above the Esprit area of Fairways Lake Estates is a nice subdivsion that is approximatemy 15 minutes to Disney. Are you interested in this property as a investment / vacation property or relocation? The HOa fees are $100.00 per month and the price of $110 is a fair market price for homes in this area. See the recently sold report for Fairway below: If you are looking at this property for investment / vacation purposes, one way to help off set your hoa fees and taxes when you decide to purchase is to rent it out for short term rental or long term rental for a 1 year lease. While these properties are starting to show their age, they can make for decent rental properties. Other options in Davenport to consider are

Hi Bella,

The Esprit neighborhood at Polo Park in Davenport is getting a bit dated. Most of the properties date from the mid 90's and what you will find is that for the most part they'll be needing a new roof and air-co system soon if not already. Is there an STR market there? Yes. Is it a thriving market? No.

HOA runs $100 a quarter.

I see you were looking a year ago as well. How many more of those northern winters do you want to live through?

Good luck,
