Investment properties are not my area of expertise, but I will say that Toledo has been seen by many as a great opportunity to invest. When this other agent says that a property can easily rent for $350/month, he's probably taking an educated guess based on his experience. I'm guessing that if you pay $10k for a house it will need some updating or maintenance done to it, even in that zip code.
