Is St Marlo overpriced?

I have been looking for a long time and many homes have been on the market for 3 years or more. It looks like the prices are just very high for what you get

Hi Carl,

The prices for the area, are just that . . . the market prices in that area, if it's been three years for some, either it's local economy, condition, locale or pricing. What are you comparing it to? A different city, area, state?? You've had your reality check, now you just make a choice. Buy or don't buy in that area or make an offer that's comfortable to you on those long-standing homes and see what happens, you may be pleasantly surprised.
