Hi Jim.
The neighborhood is fine. The UCONN ( Connecticut University) is very near and also the Trump Plaza ( a very luxury hi rise building that will upscale all the area. Also, at the end of the street there is a school, doctor offices, etc.
I know very well this area.
Please, do not hesitate to contact me if you need more information.

I've sold in that building and my client's loved it....I would say the building is a good investment, but the purchase price would actually determine that. I usually give my "New to Stamford" clients a tour around town. There is alot of new construction and re-development surrounding Schuyler Ave. Let me know if you have questions about any other area :)
want to search the entire MLS? send me an email!
Hi Jim,
Schuyler Avenue could be a good investment, however, would you be interested in another investment for under $200,000 on Strawberry Hill Avenue? In addition to that, I have some land with a tear down for around the same price in the Glenbrook section. Let me know if I can help! Catherine Richardson, Keller Williams, RichardsonC@kw.com
If you are planning to be in Stamford anytime soon, I would like the opportunity to show this or other apartments. Let me know your criteria and I would be happy to provide details of available properties.
Hello Jim,
The neighborhood surrounding Schuyler Ave. is composed of both multi-family and single-family homes. It is located not too far from the Stamford Hospital and very near to the downtown area. In a normal market, sales on this street usually perform fairly well. I hope this is helpful to you!
