Ann, Home Buyer in San Ramon, CA

Is San Ramon Windermere still overpriced or is a good time to buy/?

We are planing to move san ramon. We liked Oliveta by Centex very much but they have increased their list price. Should we wait?

Carefule with the Windemere neighborhood. Neighbors overnight park right in front of your house. Instead of clearing their garage they use your side of the street to park their cars, boat, truck, etc.

Dear Ann,

Hope you're doing well. There is a great opportunity on a Plan 4, a quick move in home. Not sure which plan you were following.

Please call me at (925) 984-7671 if you're looking for specific details.

Thank you.

Warm Regards,

Hi Ann,

I would suggest you to wait for a quick close or home which has come back on the market to get a better price. The prices in Oliveta have gone up, but there are other builders as well as resale homes which in my personal opinion can provide you with better value for your bucks.

I keep myself upto date on the Windemere builder and resale homes, so let me know if I can help you with your search.

I feel when builders start to increase their price list and start removing incentives, means they have the buyers and aren't worrying about standing inventory. But then It is Spring and more buyers are out to buy in the Spring. Keep a close watch on the house you want. Remember Real Estate has always gone through cycles, and the overall average for about the last 35+/- years is around a 6% increase. If I can be of any help, please send me an email.
