Is Portofino at Jensen Beach Fannie Mae approved?

Hi Lee,
As of the beginning of the month, Portofino was still not a warrented community by Fannie Mae. The developer still has an abundance of inventory, which is the major issue. There are lenders who can provide lending for these type of condos...if you need some names of mortgage people who can help you in this, let me know.

The last I heard it was not, but it can change fairly rapidly. Your best bet is to talk to a bank or mortgage broker for the most current updates. I can give you some recommended ones if you would like me to.
