Depends upon where you live. Out towards the Ev erglades well and septic are not unusual, especially septic. Closer to the coast and most developments are county/city water and sewer. Kathy BC 800 448 3411 ext 601...(4/20)

Depends on where you buy...almost all properties west of 951 are on water and sewer....however, get into the estates and south of I-75 not always the case. Call KathyBC to help you 800-448-3411 x 601...(6/24)

Depending on where you live. Acreage usually demands septic systems.

Both, depending where you live in the city or the county of Naples. Typically, if you own acreage, you will have a septic system, again this depends on where in Naples. Best to speak to an agent and he/she will guide you.

For the most part Naples is most commonly served by central sewer. But we do have some areas in Naples that are private septic systems like in Golden Gate Estates.

Please let me know if I can help you in any way! There is a lot of info about Naples area & blogs about Naples topics on my websites...it's not just for real estate.
