Thanks for the post with the additional info on the foreclosing bank being Deutsche Bank Natl. - I did some more searching today using the name of the bank & was still not able to find this property listing. Sometimes with a foreclosure the sign will go up several days (if not weeks) before the property actually goes on the MLS as an active listing. I will try to contact Deutche Bank by phone tomorrow & see if I can find out some information on this property. Thank you John for responding to my question, however there is a "Bank Owned" sign in front of the house at 3961 Millbury Ave, Baldwin Park. Deutsche Bank Natl. Trust Co. is listed as the bank. I looked up this property for you on the MLS, and unfortunately, it is not currently available. The only properties currently showing active on that street are 3362 Millbury (listed at $275,000.00) & 3535 Millbury (listed at $269,000.00). Hope this helps... Please email me with any questions..
