When researching neighborhoods, I always suggest that my clients - Buyers and/or Renters - contact the local police department for crime statistics. It's also a good idea to speak with neighbors. I also suggest that my clients contact the local schools to speak directly with an administrator. This way, they are able to ask questions and get information directly from the source.

The neighborhood where Liberty St. is located is going through a transition. Where many multi-family homes once stood; they are now being replaced with condominium complexes. There are a number of streets in this area that have new or newer construction condominiums being offered which includes Liberty Commons. This neighborhood will look quite different 10 years from now if construction goes according to plan. The area is very convenient to downtown, the train, and I 95. I hope this is helpful to you.

Having just showed 95 Liberty, I have to say that these townhomes look amazing.
