Is $650K a good price for a new Condo in San Lorenzo development in Yorba Linda? The Sq.Ft. is 2630.?

Yes, $650,000 should be plenty to purchase in San Lorenzo; there are a few for sale right now in that price range. There are 4 listed with little less square footage, but at a great price. Hi Tony,
There are currently two for sale in the MLS and are priced at $820,000 and $899,000. The last one that sold was on 2/24/2008. It had a list price of $757,000 and sold for $657,000. Let me know and I can email you the particulars. I hope this helps. Walter
