Just so you know, sometimes an agent can put the sign up and not place the house into the MLS for 5 days. However, any broker, agent can show you any home listed by any builder, broker, and represent you in most for sale by owner cases additionally. If your seeking Princeton home, tell me what your criteria is and I would be happy to notify you with new listings on the market that match your price and criteria.

Hi Ray,

114 Island Way is not currently Active in MLS. It was on the market last summer for $440,000 but the listing expired. There are not any homes on the market in Princeton Lakes at the moment. I do know of a builder who has a personal home on the lake that might be available. If you are interested in a lake view, but not necessarily a ski lake, there are some other homes in the area that might fit your needs.

I can follow up on 114 Island Way for you or provide information on other area homes. Please give me a call at 469-450-8315.

Hello Ray,

The Collin County Association of Realtors has a public access to the MLS at http://www.ccar.net. his home did not show on the MLS. From their you can use the Collin County CAD data at http://www.collincad.org to see if the home is still privately held. However, the CAD data generally takes awhile to update. If it shows privately held then use the Collin County Deed search at http://countyclerkrecords.co.collin.tx.us/webinquiry/ to see if any activity has occurred recently on the property. The deed search, I have found, is rather quick for recording deed activity. If no deed activity, and the home is empty, you can attempt to contact the owner of record from CAD information and inquire if they are interested in selling.

Good luck!
