Is Drexel Hill a good area? Seems like a lot of homes for sale..Where else can one buy homes like that?
Looking for a house that screams Philadelphia! Husband transferred to Malvern.....don't want just same old same old. What about main line? Cities down RT 30? Where can I get the most bang for the buck? 300k without a garage doesn't really float my boat.

If you like Drexel Hill but don't want to pay the taxes the maybe Broomall would as you say "float your boat". There is a lot of great value out there right now. Drexel Hill has a lot for sale because not a lot is selling right now in that area in the price range your looking at. If it's just the two of you you can get a nice rehab in Malvern for your price. West Goshen not to far from Malvern also has good value for the dollar right now. And back to Drexel Hill because there is so much available there you can get a pretty good deal there. Your options are endless......:) Good Luck!! Debbie
