Devens has been developed by Mass Development as a Planned Community. The residential area consists of Brick homes - Colonials and ranches - they are now also building some smaller Energy Efficient Colonials and there are also existing brick Townhomes. There is a new and growing business community with 2 Hotels and Restauarants, banks, gas staions etc. It is contracted with the Harvard Schools for Public education. I'd be happy to answer any questions that you have 978-852-9480 I handled all of the original sales for the Developer there and have had many resales recently. Would love to help you!

Hi,

It's hard to answer that question because a "good town" depends on what each individual considers a "good town".

Here are some links though that may be able to assist you in learning more about the area.
