Hi Sandy,

5 Cabot Lane did sell in August for 320k, as the agent below stated. This property was never listed on our local multiple listing service and it sold for well under market value, so it may have been sold to a family member or transferred under some other type of circumstances (possibly owned by a family and one family member bought out the others share). It is located in a great neighborhood, surrounded by very nice homes and the neighborhood association offers a private beach.

Please don't hesitate to let me know any other questions you may have about other listings you have come across or about Chatham Real Estate in general. I am a full time Chatham Realtor serving Buyers and Sellers on Cape Cod, please let me know if I can be of service to you. Have a Happy New Year!
