Hello - 5977 Baldwin is a Short Sale - it is in a Pending Status - there has been one offer being reviewed by the lender and there are two back-up offers at this time. These short sales take a very long time to complete. If the lender chooses any or all of these offers, it could take months before the dust settles. There are presently to loans agains the property which means two lenders have to agree to the final price.
