AS others ahve said, its In Danville. As fad as in-law untis expect there to be considerable choices. Cities "game" the laws regarding building affordable homes, as such they build separate detatched living areas in affluent new home areas an call them affordable untis for in-law or rental. Most people use the rooms as separate play rooms, offices, or storage. That trent will continue into Alamo Creek.

Alamo Creek is in Danville. Geographically, it is pretty close to San Ramon of course (as well as to Dublin and to Pleasanton) but the fact is that it is part of CA 94506 which is Danville.

Most of Alamo Creek is an enormous Shappell development and like most new neighborhoods with new schools that will, it seems inevitably, attain very high API scores, its future value appears to be assured.

There is quite a wide range of home sizes and styles including space for au pairs or in-laws etc. The one thing that is conspicuously absent is a selection of single story homes, which are frequently preferred by buyers but offer less profit for developers.
