I am looking for investment single family home/apartment in Orlando area (Price range of $110,000 - 150,000) which has potential rental return of $800-$1000 per month. Prompt response will be highly appreciated.

These are not on MLS. Most of them are excellent rental properties and some are even flips. Those sell usually within days though.

I have a property management company who can do the management if needed. Take a look at my site and let me know if anything interests you. The list of properties is constantly changing, so come back and check as often as you like.

Also in Orlando there are definitely options. Try to stay with newer homes like year 2000+ to avoid possible huge maintenance costs. Single Family homes generally appreciate better than townhomes and condos so that is something you might want to keep in mind while choosing your home. Below is the link to some options:…
