Austin's a growing market typically you won't have a problem renting in most convenient neighborhoods with good school district. Downtown condos rent out really fast however there's a huge HOA fee to most condos they can run anywhere from $300-600/ m depends on what your budget is and what you are looking for . You're best in Austin investment real estate is in SF homes in the $175-225k range, that would rent for $1250-$1650/mo.
