Hey pat there are 47 listing that fit your criteria roughly right now. Funny you asked about houses and everyone told you they could be your Realtor. But i commented before on this and I did also, still funny. You'll need a stick to beat them off. Prices range from $64,000 to $490,000 so you would need to be more specific.
