Interested in a "coming soon" REO in Patterson. Owned by Countrywide.
The listing agent, with Keller Williams, has stated that Countrywide hasn't told him to sell property yet and won't allow it to be shown, but listing agent is showing it to his own clients. How likely that the listing agent is being truthful? He obviously isn't being honest and forthright so far. Doesn't return phone calls or e-mails. Just wondering if countrywide will ever see offers that aren't from listing agent.
