Interested in a 1-2 acre lot in the eagle river area, with electric and water. Will be building Spring 2010.?

FIRST ANSWER
A search of the local MLS resulted in 14 parcels total between 1 and 2 acres currently for sale. Most lots don't come with water and electric on site, as the developer doesn't necessarily know the buyers inteded use of the lot i.e. placement of the structure, etc.
