Hello Mohan, you are going to be limited by the loan limits in the ares you want to buy a home in. If you are buying a home as your principle residence, you can buy with FHA financing up to a $729,750 loan amount and as little as 3.5% down, depending on the loan limits in your area of choice. I can also offer you a conventional loan amount up to $625,500 with a minimum of 10% down.

Home prices are on the rise as well as rents so it is time to buy. We still have record low interest rates as well. Call for pre-approval in minutes and buy today. Here is a list of the documents needed for processing a loan approval or pre-approval within an hour. http://tinyurl.com/aepwnh4

If you want to puchase a home with a higher loan amount you will need a minimum of 20% down for a Jumbo loan over $625,500 and depending on the home location, $729,750 for FHA financing with the minimum 3.5% down payment. It only takes a few dozen questions to qualify you in minutes for the loan program to fit your needs the best financially. Here are some links to study and consider.

Input on loans: you need to talk to an experienced loan professional and get fully approved for the mortgage that best suits you. Much more personal information is needed which is not appropriate to disclose on this public website. That is why you should talk to a mortgage professional who can give your answers that are tailored to your specific situation. I would be happy to make a recommendation if that is what you desire.

Housing trend: that is a very broad question. You have posted your inquiry in regard to San Ramon. That is a very popular and desirable community. It offers a variety of housing of different styles and ages. San Ramon offers excellent schools. It is likely that you can find what you want in San Ramon in the price range that you outlined. I would be happy to help you.
