it can be really case by case. mine took 2 months because my builders (greenstar const) are retards incapable of managing a timeline or writing something like- i dono a gant chart!
its really a matter of getting all the inspections done which can run i'd guess 2 weeks if nothing failed and no one was on vacation... but how often is that the case?

Jared did do a good job of answering your question. The final CO inspection should take no longer than 2 weeks as long as the builder and or realtor realize they have to accomadate the inspector.
The EO Building department is pretty efficient and by now the builder should have established a repore with such if the building is near completion, because of allthe inspection during construction. The things that could hold it up would be the responsibulity of the builder.
