In the Apple Valley, Victorville, Hesperia area which are the homes with the higher tax rate. We were
looking at new homes but their tax rate is 1.6 vs 1.2, Homes tha were built in 2008 have that tax rate, what about the ones that were built in 2004 to 2007 and are being sold by owners is the tax rate the same. And do they have HOA Fees?
