Home Buying in Dayton>Question Details

Cela, Home Buyer in Dayton, OH

In previous years the Wright Dunbar Village area seemed to be a nice area, but some of the houses now seem to be in disrepair.

Asked by Cela, Dayton, OH Thu Nov 1, 2012

Is this still a good area to live in? And do you think the housing prices are high for the area?

there are still some homes that are older and not fixed up, or demolished in order for new construction. as far as being a nice area, that is something you need to decide. school wise, not the best choice, and i am not sure neighborhood area around is the best. i personally would look at oregon district or downtown by 5th 3rd field if you want to live in or close to downtown.
