Dan Quayle, Home Buyer in 06840

In my opinion, multiple bids through the same broker should not be allowed. It beggars belief that there is not collusion.

Frequently, it is not only the price that determines whether a seller accepts the contract. The down payment, the whole financial picture of the buyer, the expected closing date and all the other contingencies included may make a contract more desirable than another to a seller. It is for this reason that we must present all contracts.
