In general is Residential land more exspensive that commercial land?
There seems to be a trend,especially here in NYS that residential land produces more money than residential.Like in sales and renting and selling again,oppose to a commercial property stagnent .

In general, Commercial land is far more expensive than residential land. At least here in Florida it is.
