Unfortunately this complex, like most adult communities for 55+ in the Bergen County area, does not allow even a young adult child. If one spouse is 55, often a younger spouse is allowed but children are not unless they are 55 or older. However, I know a member of the Board there and will call him in the morning and confirm things for you.

Generally this is acceptable but check with the association to be certain. Good luck
