I'm not positive but have heard they are higher than down the street @ Oak Run. Maintenance fees are very low and the amenities are better than you can imagine. Theres a little 700 sq.ft. new everything including roof white home w/black shutters as you go in the gate off 200 and take your first left , go straight past stop sign, wind around to the 10mph sign and on your left. 50K and the maintenance fee is $100 for being 24/7 gated manned security, basic cable, trash & sewer + 2 golf courses w/6 acre practice facility, 5 huge pools, exercise facilities, library, tennis, basketball/volleyball, trip excursions, bingo, entertainment, on-site restaurant and so much more! Restrictions are minimal and its pet-friendly. You own the lot you're on. You'll love this place, its sooo active and friendly with so much to do. Leave a note on the door and sure they will get back with you if they aren't home.
