In 2006 I purchased a 3 bedroom home in Fl., In 2009 I am told my 3 bedroom home is only a 2 bedroom home, because it does not have a closet in one
of the room's. If it was sold as a 3 bedrrom who is at fault, the original listing broker, or the selling broker, is this considered fraud & misrepsentation, of the sale of my property. I paid more for a 3 bedroom home, & now I am only able to list it as a 2 bedroom.
