In Escrow for 85 Days!
I took the advise of l several Realitor's and Broker's and contacted my Escrow office. I explained my situation, The escrow office rsaid he would look into the matter that same afternoon! I called back a few days later and he then advised me that he had left 2 messages with the Bank, and had not received a call back. I've tried everything with negative results! I really don't know what to do! The Bank is in total control!

Good Morning Ben,
Is this property own by the REO or short sale ? If this is short sale
you have to follow the rules on the banks. Wait till the have an answer
yes or no, we can not say word on the bank they are they boss.
