Also, If you believe in direction of the main door facing, the house in Summerfield is NORTH Facing and the house in Monmouth walk is South-East facing;but mainly East.

One closed in June 2008 for 355k. There is also one under contract right now...asking price is 374k. I imagine because these do not come up for sale often that fair value would be 360-365. Any questions, feel free to contact me.
