approval if the property is commercialy zoned? keep in mind that the property was built 1929 and owner occupied until recenlty and never used for a buisiness.

FIRST ANSWER

Hi - I'm not an appraiser but have run across this before. If it's present use is residential and you are going to be an owner occupant and use the house as a residential residence, the appraiser will need to document and explain that on the appraisal. I know that the lenders are getting very specific and detailed but it is worth the effort. Good Luck!
