Hi Nelida,

As mentioned earlier there a number of loan program options -

- 0% down USDA Rural if qualified
- 0% dpwn VA
- 3% down Home Path
- 3.5% down FHA

We lend on all these programs. I would be happy to help you in this.

Please feel free to call or email me anytime. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Another option is to look at http://www.homepath.com for homes then visit http://www.premiermortgagestore.com they are the exclusive lender for these properties.

Actually a very small area south west of Homestead is still considered rural area, like going south of Mowry Dr and SW 217th Ave to around Ingraham Hwy and SW 217th Ave, just west of the Navy Wells Pineland Preserve. A property in that area would qualify for the USDA program which offers 100% financing. It could actually be even higher than 100% financing. You could find out the map at http://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/eligibilityA… Or if you are a veteran that's also 100% financing anywhere. Other than that you have the Homepath with only 3% down like Julio mentioned and the regular FHA with only 3.5%. The down payment can come from a gift from family.

Lenders are no longer offering 100% financing, however, Fannie Mae, has a program where you can place a little as 3% down. You can find information at http://www.homepath.com
