Most of the agents down here, we'd be glad to help you but:
if you're looking for a permanent solution, join the MLS down here for Fairfield County, if you're getting clients for this area. Otherwise, when you're clients locate listings which is not in CTMLS, you'll either have to find the info or refer it to a broker..

I am also a member of central ct mls - when I searched for properties in those areas I found that Ridgefield is # 158 and Danbury #150 - hope this helps with your seach

Hi Lisa - Fairfield County homes are mostly listed in the Greater Fairfield County MLS. Only a few will be represented in the Statewide MLS (those of agents who have joined both MLS's.)
