You could find agents in the area of interest on top where it said find an agent and you could pick the one you feel more comfortable working with.

Consider working with an agent of your own who can provide any necessary information; if purchasing with a mortgage, be aware that a mortgage pre-approval letter is required in order to determine your price range and for any offers to be taken seriously.

Believe it or not there are many 1BR co-ops available in many neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
Can you be more specific.?..Brooklyn is a huge area and central could be considered anywhere from Downtown to East Flatbush to Sunset Park to .....
You have a wide choice, just not the downtown neighborhoods!

I work in downtown brooklyn and currently live in bedstuy. I am looking for something that will still be an easy commute to work... definitely nothing in the bayridge/coney island/sheepshead bay area.
