Definitely low inventory; especially under $600k.

I agree with this entirely. There are a very select few that are attractive and they become unattractive very quickly when you see the price.

It is all of the above for most Buyers. There are multiple offers on desired available properties due to low inventory which causes increased pricing. Distressed sales usually take longer than the Buyer is willing to wait.

In my opinion, low inventory continues to be buyer's biggest frustration.
