Actually, many of us belong to both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City multiple listing services. For our part, Skogman Realty has offices in six office locations throughout the area, including a new office in Coralville. Being a part of both MLS services allows us to view and send to you, all the listings that are listed throughout the area by ALL companies that belong to the MLS services.

If you would like more information, feel free to email me at michelle@skogman.com and we can set up some automatic listings emails that will go out to you as soon as listings that match what you are looking for hit either the Iowa City or Cedar Rapids MLS services. You can also give me a call at 319-533-2993, if that works better for you and we can chat about what you are looking for to make this an easy home shopping process!

Melissa,

I would find one good REALTOR to work for you. If you have two, and don't sing an exclusive right to buy from them, chances are neither of them will work very hard for you.

Good Luck!

FIRST ANSWER

No Realtors work hard represent you locate a local Trulia agent who works both areas.

EXAMPLE: I am a Realtor in Dallas which has approx. 50 cities. In most instances with 20 years experience I know all the areas very well work with home buyer.

GOOD LUCK... GREAT QUESTION !
