I am not a real estate agent, but I would assume it would. When a home is sold in general taxes usually increase. I would contact a local Real Estate agent for a direct answer. I do work with a few agents in your area if you are interested.

I am a mortgage specialist in Macomb County, MI. I lend anywhere in the State of Michigan. If you are interested in obtaining financing for a new property let me know, I am always available on my cell phone.

Good Luck, I hope to hear from you.
