Hi Helene,

In every Association they have a numerical number that the they used. In
every Association it vary this might be the year. It nothing to the with bank,.

It just means the property was listed in 2009.

There really is NO relationship with banks, foreclosres or short sales.

MLS numbers are assigned in numerical order, so that has nothing to do with the home being bank owned or not.
