If my name is still on the deed after divorce do i still own it too

Legally you are on title but your claim to the home is likely dictated by the divorce order of the court. That would ultimately dictate who "really" owns the home.

That said, you will either have to do a quit-claim on the house or your ex-spouse will likely need your cooperation in order to sell and close.

Yes you would still owe on the home till both parties take necessary steps to refinance home, sale, quick claim to remove other party name from the deed.

Check with your divorce attorney. Assets and ownership and such should be listed in your divorce decree.

Your divorce decree will answer that question. I would consult your attorney as this should not be something that was laid out clearly with the divorce proceedings and the division of assets.
