If my husband bought a house recently in Southaven,MS. The paperwork states: Title to be held in what

name(the bank put my husband's name only). Then it says:
Home to be titled in what manner?(Bank putHusband and Wife as Joint Tenants) What does that mean.Do I have any rights/claims to the new house?
