If a property is listed on MLS is the agent allowed to deny other agents from viewing the property? My agent was told that by a listing agent.

If it is on the MLS and not a private sale it should be shown by your agent.

Hi JC

Its to my understanding that any listing's that are in the MLS are for all participating agents that belong to that MLS if you have a problem then your agent should call that local board and verify if that can be done

in Florida, if you are not going to co-broke, you cannot list it in the MLS.

Depends on the listing agreement. If they have an exclusive or authorization from the seller, they can legally do this.
