It is possible to find out just by using a search engine, all of the develpers have some sort of web-site.
Any realtor can tell you what projects are activly selling and which are doing the last few develper units that are bought back form buyers that could not close.
There is the old fasioned way of driving the beach and stopping at each construction project!

I would be glad to assist you if you have a certin criteria, there are some develpers offering incentives now to sell the remaining units, but it really depends on your speciications.
