Hi Tonya,
If you have recently purchased the mobile home and it is deeded as Real Estate, that is it is attached to the land which is inlcuded in your Ownership rights, you may qualify for the $8000 tax credit depending on when the home was purchased, and if you were a first time home buyer at that time. If I can be of any further assistance please let me know. Thanks and good luck.

Are you living in the mobile? if so it is considered your principal residence & you cannot qualify as a first time buyer.
