If I am going to buy a foreclosure house, what are the things I need to aware of?
I found the foreclosure and it looks good in a good neighborhood area. However, this is my first time buying a house. Please advice. Thanks.

Definately have a home inspection (to give you some idea of it's condition and faults), termite inspection, and have the title checked by your attorney. If there is a shadow on the title, you should ask the company to clear it up before you close. As a first time homebuyer, I'd advise you to seek a Realtor to help you cover all bases - you can choose the FIND a REALTOR option from the link below to find a savvy agent to assist! Best wishes!

What are all the liens on this house? What is the condition of the house? What will it take to put the house back together in livable condition?
