A Realtor can help with every step of homebuying from getting pre-approved for a loan, finding the right house, making an offer, getting inspections completed to closing. And the best is that the seller usually pays the buyer's agent commission. There are many websites that you can search for houses on but the best way is to be set up on Personal Homefinder Link through the MLS. It comes to your email with new listings, changes in pricing etc and can be personalized to your needs.

As Veronica said, it is a great time to buy! Have you talked to a Realtor yet who can set you up with the Personal Homefinder Link through MLS? This will let you see everything that is on the market in these zip codes that will match what you are looking for in a home! Have you talked to the lender yet to see just how much of a payment you will want to carry and can afford to carry? This will help you know what price range you can afford, and using the Personal Homefinder Link will help you know what homes are on the market at your price point. Then each day you will get emailed whenever a new home comes on the market that matches what you are looking for, and this will allow you to get out to see the home quickly. Even in this market, homes that are priced well and show well are still selling.
