Hi Rob- I was wondering if you ever found a loft? I have a loft for sale at the Needleworks in Royersford, Amazing space with 12 ft ceilings and 7 foot windows. All units vary, but there are some very affordable units available. If I can help you in any way, please let me know.

Once those results show up you can refine your property type to 'loft' using the filters on the left side of the page.

You have a few choices for loft space. We are thinking of Industry in Conshohocken or The Needleworks in Royersford. If you would consider parts of Chester Co. then there are more available in Phoenixville. Those communities are quite different, both from a cultural standpoint and how far they have progressed in the revitalization. It would be interesting to know what else you are looking for with your home. We would be happy to sit down and talk with you about your search. Then, if we all agree, you can count on us to guide you through the buying process at a pace you are comfortable with.
